چکیده

In this paper toxicokinetics was examined. Chemical distribution, absorption and elimination in the living organism were investigated. The aim of this paper kinetic of toxic substance during exposure in a biological system was studied. Several toxicokinetic models using physiological and biochemical parameters were derived. Physiologically based toxicokinetic models and similar pharmacokinetic models were represented. Physiological changes during chronic exposure to a xenobiotic are introduced. This paper contributes toxicokinetics investigation with the aim to pediction the contamined biological system behavior.

Investigation of SLIM Dynamic Models Based on Vector Control for Railway Applications

Although, Single-Sided Linear Induction Motor (SLIM) utilization has increased in railway applications due to their numerous advantages in comparison to Rotational Induction Motors (RIM), there are some sophistication in their mathematical models and electrical drive. This paper focuses on the problems of SLIM modeling, with assuming end-effect on the basis of Field Oriented Control (FOC) as a ...

Toxicokinetics: an analytical tool for assessing chemical hazards to man.

The Toxic Hazards Division has pioneered the development of toxicokinetic analysis for the study of the toxicity of various chemicals of importance to the U.S. Air Force. Toxicokinetic analysis permits calculation of tissue exposure based on biochemical, physiological, and physical chemical properties of the animal-chemical system. This paper describes the application of toxicokinetic analysis ...

Toxicokinetics of Metals in Terrestrial Invertebrates: Making Things Straight with the One-Compartment Principle

In this analysis, we first performed a critical review of one-compartment models used to describe metal toxicokinetics in invertebrates and found mathematical or conceptual errors in almost all published studies. In some publications, the models used do not represent the exact solution of the underlying one-compartment differential equations; others use unrealistic assumptions about constant ba...

Urinary, Circulating, and Tissue Biomonitoring Studies Indicate Widespread Exposure to Bisphenol A

BACKGROUND Bisphenol A (BPA) is one of the highest-volume chemicals produced worldwide, and human exposure to BPA is thought to be ubiquitous. Thus, there are concerns that the amount of BPA to which humans are exposed may cause adverse health effects. Importantly, results from a large number of biomonitoring studies are at odds with the results from two toxicokinetic studies. OBJECTIVE We ex...
